02. Eligibility Standards

To maintain the high standards of our collections, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of usage.
  • Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

03. The Return Journey

To initiate a return, please contact our digital concierge. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for the shipment.
Please note: Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the garment is defective or incorrect.

04. Refund Protocol

Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our atelier, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.

05. Defective Masterpieces

If you receive a piece that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, covering all associated logistics costs.

06. Exchanges & Finality

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
