Puutu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated agent.

01. Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a written notification including:

+ A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

+ Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

+ Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL required).

+ Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.

+ A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.

+ A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

02. Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Puutu reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that access has been disabled.

03. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. This must be a written communication that includes your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

04. Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of Puutu to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or access to the platform for individuals who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
