2. Orders & Purchasing

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired item (denim shirt, denim short, or denim short dress), choose your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may request to change or cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@puutu.com. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.


3. Shipping & Delivery

What is your order processing time?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time typically ranges from 2–6 business days depending on your location and carrier service.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

Do you ship on weekends?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Are there return fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

If you need a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
