Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Puutu, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. Because we aim to process and ship orders quickly, requests for cancellation or changes must follow the conditions outlined in this policy.

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://puutu.com/, including blazers, trousers, and jackets. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Order Processing Timeline

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Our daily order cut-off time is:

5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday – Friday

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Because of this rapid processing schedule, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be canceled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 8 business days.

B. Cancellation After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after shipment, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window).


4. Order Modification Policy

Customers may request changes to an order before processing begins. Modifications may include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Changing size or product variant
  • Adjusting quantities

Modification requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM EST on the same business day the order was placed.

We cannot guarantee that change requests will be completed if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.


5. Address Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@puutu.com.

Once an order has been shipped, Puutu cannot redirect or modify the delivery address. In such cases:

  • The customer may contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Puutu is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you believe you have placed a duplicate or accidental order, please contact our support team immediately.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the duplicate order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned under our standard return policy.


7. Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error

If a package is returned to Puutu due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address details
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.


8. Refund Processing Timeline

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, refunds will be processed within 8 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
