Puutu offers shipping at a flat rate of $6.99.

- Transit time: 2–6 business days
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Delivery services: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off may be processed during the next available business day.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible purchases may be returned within 60 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 12 days, and Puutu does not charge a refund processing fee.
