2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders placed on puutu.com are subject to order verification, quality control checks, and packaging prior to shipment. Our standard handling time is 1 business day. Handling time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


3. Shipping Timeframes

After the 1 business day handling period, orders are shipped via one of our trusted carrier partners: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit time refers to the time the package is in transit after leaving our fulfillment facility.

Our standard estimated transit time is 2–6 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier routing conditions.

6. Shipping Destinations

Puutu currently ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time unless supported by the selected carrier.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Puutu is not responsible for:

  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Delivery failures due to inaccessible locations

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

10. Delivery Attempts & Refused Shipments

Carriers may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their internal policies. If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed and is returned to Puutu, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Refunds for refused shipments may exclude original shipping fees.

After an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
